乱流洁净?br />
乱流洁净室的主要特点是从来流到出流（从送风口到回风口）之间气流的流通截面是变化的，洁净室截面比送风口截面大得多，因而不能在全室截面或者在全室工作区截面形成匀速气流。所以，送风口以后的流线彼此有很大或者越来越大的夹角，曲率半径很小，气流在室内不可能以单一方向流动，将会彼此撞击，将有回流、旋涡产生。这就决定乱流洁净室的流态实质是：突变流；非均匀流?br />
这比用紊流来描述乱流洁净室更确切、更全面。紊流主要决定于雷诺数，也就是主要受流速的影响，但是如果采用一个高效过滤器顶送的送风形式，则即使流速极低，也要产生上述各种结果，这就因为它是一个突变流和非均匀流。因此这种情况下不仅有流层之间因紊流流动而发生的掺混，而且还有全室范围内的大的回流、旋涡所发生的掺混?br />
单向流洁净?br />
单向流洁净室一般有两种类型，即水平流和垂直流。在水平流系统中，气流是从一面墙流向另一面墙。在垂直流系统中，气流是从吊顶流向地面。对要求洁净室的悬浮粒子浓度或微生物浓度更低的场合，就使用单向气流。以前称这类洁净室为“层流”洁净室。单向流和层流的名称均说明了其气流的状况：气流以一个方向流动（或是垂直的或是水平的），并以一般是0.3?秒至0.5?秒（60英尺/分钟?00英尺/分钟）的均速流过整个空间。由满布洁净室吊顶的高效过滤器向室内送风。气流有如一个空气活塞，向下流经室内，带走污染物，然后从地面排出。又在与外部的一些新鲜空气混合后，再循环至高效过滤器。人员和工艺所产生的悬浮污染可立即被这种空气清除掉，而紊流通风系统采用的是混合与稀释原理。在一间没有任何障碍物的空房间，单向流用比前面提到的低得多的风速，就可以很快将污染物清除。但在一个操作间，机器以及机器周围走动的人员，会对气流形成障碍。障碍物可以使单向流变成紊流，从而在障碍物周围形成气流团。人员的活动也可以使单向流变成紊流。在这些紊流中，由于风速较低，空气稀释程度较小，从而使得污染浓度较高。因此，必须将风速保持在0.3?秒至0.5?秒（60英尺/分钟?00英尺/分钟）的范围里，以便使中断的单向流能快速恢复，充分稀释障碍物周围紊流区的污染。用风速可以正确地表示出单向流，因为风速越高室内就越洁净。而每小时换气次数与房间的体积有关，如吊顶的高低，因此不适合用来表示单向流。单向流室内的送风量是紊流室的很多倍（10?00倍）?br />
控制编辑<br />
洁净室中的温湿度控制<br />
洁净空间的温湿度主要是根据工艺要求来确定，但在满足工艺要求的条件下，应考虑到人的舒适度感。随着空气洁净度要求的提高，出现了工艺对温湿度的要求也越来越严的趋势。具体工艺对温度的要求以后还要列举，但作为总的原则看，由于加工精度越来越精细，所以对温度波动范围的要求越来越小。例如在大规模集成电路生产的光刻曝光工艺中，作为掩膜板材料的玻璃与硅片的热膨胀系数的差要求越来越小。直?00 um的硅片，温度上升1度，就引起了0.24um线性膨胀，所以必须有±0.1度的恒温，同时要求湿度值一般较低，因为人出汗以后，对产品将有污染，特别是怕钠的半导体车间，这种车间温度不宜超?5度，湿度过高产生的问题更多。相对湿度超?5%时，冷却水管壁上会结露，如果发生在精密装置或电路中，就会引起各种事故。相对湿度在50%时易生锈。此外，湿度太高时将通过空气中的水分子把硅片表面粘着的灰尘化学吸附在表面难以清除。相对湿度越?粘附的越难去掉，但当相对湿度低于30%时，又由于静电力的作用使粒子也容易吸附于表面，同时大量半导体器件容易发生击穿。对于硅片生产最佳湿度范围为35?5%?br />
气压规定<br />
对于大部分洁净空间，为了防止外界污染侵入，需要保持内部的压力（静压）高于外部的压力（静压）。压力差的维持一般应符合以下原则?br />
1．洁净空间的压力要高于非洁净空间的压力?br />
2.洁净度级别高的空间的压力要高于相邻的洁净度级别低的空间的压力?br />
压力差的维持依靠新风量，这个新风量要能补偿在这一压力差下从缝隙漏泄掉的风量。所以压力差的物理意义就是漏泄（或渗透）风量通过洁净室的各种缝隙时的阻力?br />
洁净室中的气流速度规定<br />
这里要讨论的气流速度是指洁净室内的气流速度，在其他洁净空间中的气流速度在讨论具体设备时再说明?br />
对于乱流洁净?由于主主要靠空气的稀释作用来减轻室内污染的程度，所以主要用换气次数这一概念，而不直接用速度的概念，不过对室内气流速度也有如下要求?br />
(1)送风口出口气流速度不宜太大，和单纯空调房间相比，要求速度衰减更快，扩散角度更大?br />
(2)吹过水平面的气流速度（例如侧送时回流速度）不宜太大，以免吹起表面微粒重返气流，而造成再污染，这一速度一般不宜大?.2m/s?br />
对于平行流洁净室《习惯上称层流洁净室，由于主要靠气流的“活塞打挤压作用排除行染，所以截面上的速度就是非常重要的指标。过去都参考美?0gB标准，采?.45m/s．但人们也都了解到这样大速度所需要的通风量是极大的，为了节能，也都在探求降低风速的可行性?br />
在我国，《空气洁净技术措施》和(<a href="http://www.haoshang8.com/supply/35.html" target="_blank">洁净厂房</a>设计规范）都是这样规定的<br />
垂直平行流（层流）洁净室≥0.25m/s<br />
水平平行流（层流）洁净室≥0.35 m/s<br />
噪声控制<br />
洁净室噪声标准一般均严于保护健康的标准，目的在于保障操作正常进行，满足必要的谈话联系及安全舒适的工作环境。因此衡量洁净室的噪声主要指标是：<br />
1．烦恼的效应<br />
由于噪声，使人感到不安宁而产生烦恼情绪，一般分为极安静、很安静、较安静、稍嫌吵闹，比较吵闹和极吵闹7个烦恼等级。凡反应水平属于很吵闹和极吵闹者，即为高烦恼，高烦恼人数在总人数中的百分比即为高烦恼率?br />
2．对工作效率的影?br />
这主要看三方面的反应水平，这三个方面是：集中精神，动作准确性，工作速度?br />
3．对综合通讯的干?br />
这主要分为：清楚或满意，稍困难，困难，不可能<br />
对以上三方面指标都用A声级来评价。在50年代曾提出用一条频谱曲线作为评价标准即各频带中心频率的声压级不得超过该曲线。后来了解到刷A等级来计量噪声与噪声的语音干扰和烦恼程度更为台适，可以代替倍频带声压级作为评价标准的指标?br />
向有很高的要求。这里有必要先说明一下无窗洁净室的照明方式?br />
(1)一般照?br />
它指不考虑特殊的局部需要，为照亮整个被照面积而设置的照明?br />
(2)局部照?br />
这是指为增加某一指定地点（如工作点）的照度而设置的照明。但在室内照明由一般不单独使用局部照明?br />
(3)混合照明<br />
这是指工作面上的照度由一般照明和局部照明合成的照明，其中一般照明的照度按《洁净厂房设计规范》应占总照度的10%?5%，但不低?50LX?单位被照面积上接受的光通量即是照明单位勒克?LX)?br />
国外洁净室的强度要求极高，例如美国关于洁净室的几个标准的要求是?br />
人工?00lx有较好的效果，当工件精细程度更高时，500x也是允许的。对于要红灯照明的地方，如电子行业的光刻车间，其照度一般为(25?01x)?br />
用天然光时可允许更高的照度，因而对工作是有利的，所以今后洁净室的照明既采用人工光也采用天然光可能是有前途的，这也是为了节能而出现的一种动向?br />
防静?br />
洁净室中由于静电引起的的事故屡有发生，因此洁净室的防静电能力如何已成为评价其质量的一个不可忽视的方面?br />
所谓静电，是由于摩擦等原因破坏了物体中?+)?lt;一）电荷等量的均匀的电中性状态，而使电荷过剩，物体呈带电状态，由于这些电荷平时是不流动的，故称静电?br />
在洁净室内静电导致的事故有以下几方面；<br />
1．静电电引起的静电电击，引起人的不安全和恐惧感，并可造成二次伤害(例如人因受电击而摔倒，由摔倒又致伤)?br />
2．静电放电引起的放电电流，可导致诸如半导体元件等破坏和误动作，例如将50块P- MOS电路放在塑料袋内，摇晃数次后，与非门栅极严重击穿者计39块，失效率竞?8%，这是因为半导体器件对静电放电十分灵敏；<br />
3．静电放电产生的电磁波可导致电子仪器和装置的杂音和误动作?br />
4．静电放电的发光可导致照相肢片等感光破坏?br />
5．静电的力学现象可导致筛孔被粉尘堵塞，纺纱线纷乱，印刷品深浅不均和制品污染；<br />
静电事故的产生主要在于静电的产生和积累，而气流的流动，气流和管道、风口、过滤器等摩擦，人体和衣服的摩擦，衣服之间的摩擦，工艺上的研磨，喷涂、射流、洗涤、搅拌、粘合和剥离等操作，所有选些都可能产生静电，在一般情况下，越是电导率小的非导体（绝缘体），由于电荷产生后不易流动，因此表现为越容易带电?br />
静电问题所以在洁净室中特别严重，是因为不但在洁净室中具备前述产生静电的多种工艺因素，而且因为洁净室中的许多材料如塑料地面、墙面，尼龙、的确良等工作服都有很高的电阻率，都极易产生静电和集聚静电，在洁净室的静电灾害未被重视以前，这些材料料是被广泛采用的?br /><span id="nestremark"></span></p></div>
